Sadly, Wi-Fi is not available for Nintendo Wii games anymore, but you can still have a lot of fun playing at the other options of the game. They brought back most of the old boxers from the first game like Glass Joe, King Hippo, Don Flamenco and more, while also bringing back the old techniques to defeat them. Donkey Kong is in this game as a boxing match opponent. This time, you're not fighting Mike Tyson, you're fighting Donkey Kong. What's cool is that you can either play by moving the Wii Remote and Nunchuk like your punching your opponent on a boxing match or play like you're playing the old game on NES. I'm a huge fan of Punch-Out, so i can't resist putting this game in there.
Overall, this game is a lot of fun and a great recommendation for Donkey Kong fans. On mulitplayer mode, on the other hand, DK and Diddy are playable at each player separately. On single player mode, Diddy Kong can make you hover in the air with his jet-pack for a short amount of time. One thing to note about this game is that, it's quite challenging. This game is a lot of fun, especially the controls on how you move Donkey Kong by shaking the Wii Remote. I recommend it, but chances are you've already played it or the first Wii Sports.įun fact: This was originally supposed to be on GameCube, but after a bit of development hell, it finally came on the Wii and it was worth it. This game is definitely one of the best sports games ever made. When you play both Wii Sports games, you actually feel like you're playing the actual sport instead of just mashing buttons. The background design is an improvement over the first game, because instead of just the sport arenas, the game takes place in a resort on an island. They also brought back bowling and golf from the first game. This game compared to the first game has more sports like swordplay, basketball, archery, frisbee, table tennis, wakeboarding, cycling and more. I originally wanted to put Wii Sports in there, but i thought that Wii Sports Resort was a bit better. I wish they could make more WarioWare games like this in the near future. If you want more fun experience on the Wii, this game is a great choice. The Wario games can be either weird, but also very clever. Most of the moves you have to perform are unique for a Wii game and work great.
